My Story
Hi Everyone,My name is Kristen and I have been a Scentsy Consultant since October of 2010, and here is my story. I lost my job back in August of 2010. A friend of mine who had started Scentsy a few months before me about the product and how it had helped her to pay off all her debt, how she was able to take some amazing trips around the country, and meet some great people. At first I was a little skeptical because I didn't think it was something I could do, or make any money off of. It sounded too good to be true. I told her I would think about it and get back to her. I decided in October after much enthusiasm from this particular friend (who is now my sponser and Director) to join Scentsy. Looking back I have to say this was the best decision I have made in a long time. Not only have I been able to take trips to some amazing places, but have met some pretty awesome people (including the President and CEO of the company, how many people can say they have actually done that with thier job?), but I found a company that truly cares not only about the quality of their product, but their employees as well. Want to know the other reason why I love this company? Its not about the amazing incentive trips to fabulous destination vacations spots all expenses paid, or even the tons of free product giveaways at our yearly trainings, or even about the money that I make every month just by passing out a catalog or two. Its about the caring and generosity of hundreds of thousands of consultants and how much we are able to give back to our communities through not only our products purchased by our loyal customers, but the generous donations given by the company matching the what we raise in selling our product. Since I started almost a year ago, we have donated over $6,000,000.00 to two different charities and continue to do more every day. It has inspired me to do more in my community with some fundraising of my own, just knowing that I get to work for one of the most amazing companies in the world. October 2012 marked my two year anniversary with Scentsy, and have to say if you have not had the opportunity to experience a great product like Scentsy, you are missing out!
